Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Polymer Creations! We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Retund Policy below.

You can return item to us if it is faulty, not of an acceptable quality and incorrectly described. If the product is unsafe, can’t be fixed within a reasonable time, or you simply would not have bought it given the nature of the defect, we’ll offer you an exchange, refund or store credit/gift card. To ask for an exchange, refund or store credit/gift card, you will need to prove that you purchased the product through the Polyclay Creations website. If the product is assessed to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, either a refund via the method of original payment or a credit voucher will be issued. Please send us email at info@polyclaycreations.com.au attaching photos of the faulty item, along with your name, order confirmation, packing slip or invoice number and the reason for your return within 7 days from the invoice date. We will assess claim and advise of the outcome. If the item is found faulty you may be required to return the faulty item to our office in Melbourne.

 

Please note, general wear and tear, or misusing/not following proper care instructions is not covered by this returns policy.
