The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
Shipment Locations
Polyclay Creations ships domestic anywhere in Australin and internationally.
Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Express Shipping (Australia only)
The order will arrive within 1-2 business days. Express Shipping flat rate is $15.00.
Standard Shipping (Australia wide)
The order will arrive within 5-7 business days. Standard Shipping flat rate is $9.00.
Free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $199.00.
Please note:
(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(ii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iii) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
International shipping rate starts from $25.
Damages
We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive in good condition at their destination. However, that outer packaging can become damaged in transit. All cups orders are packaged accordingly and labeled fragile. Unless the products contained therein are damaged, faulty or unusable, the products will not be eligible for return. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@polyclaycreations.com.au.
Missing or Lost Package
In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1954, when Polyclay Creations passes a customer order to Australia Post or their agent for delivery, it is deemed to be delivery of the goods to the buyer. In the event Australia Post loses the parcel in transit, the customer should lodge a complaint direct with Australia Post. Insurance is recommended for large orders.
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Polyclay Creations politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
